Privacy Policy
TUESDAYAI PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how TuesdayAI handles information when you use the TuesdayAI Android application ("TuesdayAI", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").
TuesdayAI is an independently developed personal AI assistant for Android, developed and operated by Tyler Rawlings.
TuesdayAI is designed around a free-first philosophy, user control, and local storage of application data where practical.
This Privacy Policy explains what information TuesdayAI processes, how conversations and locally stored information are handled, how third-party AI providers are used, how advertising and purchases work, and what rights you have regarding your personal information.
Privacy contact:

2. WHO OPERATES TUESDAYAI
TuesdayAI is independently developed and operated by Tyler Rawlings.
TuesdayAI is not operated by, owned by, or affiliated with Groq, Google, Google Gemini, Google Play, or any other third-party service used by the App.
Groq and Google Gemini are third-party AI providers used by TuesdayAI to provide AI functionality.
3. ACCOUNTS AND LOGIN
TuesdayAI currently does not require users to create an account, register, log in, or provide an email address in order to use the core application.
There is currently no TuesdayAI user account system or TuesdayAI cloud account.
This may change in a future version. If a future feature introduces accounts or materially changes how personal information is processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when that processing is introduced, as required by applicable law.
4. CONVERSATION DATA
TuesdayAI allows users to communicate with AI models and maintain conversation history.
Conversation data may include:
• Messages entered by the user;
• AI-generated responses;
• Previous conversation context required to continue a conversation;
• Information contained within messages voluntarily provided by the user; and
• Other conversation information required for the App to provide its chat functionality.
TuesdayAI currently stores conversation history locally on the user's Android device.
TuesdayAI does not currently operate a TuesdayAI cloud server, cloud database, or online account system for storing user conversations.
TuesdayAI does not upload your entire conversation history to a TuesdayAI-owned server.
5. HOW AI REQUESTS WORK
When you send a message to TuesdayAI, the App sends the information necessary to generate the requested response to the configured AI provider.
The current TuesdayAI AI routing system uses:
• Groq as the primary AI provider; and
• Google Gemini as the backup/fallback AI provider.
If the primary provider cannot provide a response, TuesdayAI may attempt to use the configured backup provider.
When generating a response, TuesdayAI may send the current message together with relevant conversation context so that the AI provider can understand the ongoing conversation.
The information sent to the AI provider is transmitted through the user's internet connection.
TuesdayAI itself does not provide a separate cloud AI server through which all conversations are routed.
Information sent to Groq or Google Gemini is processed by those providers according to their own applicable privacy policies, terms, and data-processing practices.
Once information has been transmitted to a third-party AI provider, TuesdayAI does not control that provider's subsequent processing or retention of the information.
6. CHAT PRIVACY
TuesdayAI is designed so that conversation history is stored locally on the user's device.
Users can:
• delete individual conversations;
• delete all conversations; and
• configure the App's chat-retention settings.
TuesdayAI does not currently synchronise conversations between devices through a TuesdayAI cloud service.
However, a conversation cannot remain entirely local to the device when an AI response is requested. The relevant message and necessary context must be transmitted to the selected AI provider so that the AI provider can generate a response.
For this reason, TuesdayAI does not describe AI conversations as end-to-end encrypted conversations.
Users should not enter passwords, API keys, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information into AI conversations unless they understand and accept how the selected AI provider may process that information.
7. CHAT RETENTION AND DELETION
TuesdayAI includes a chat-retention setting that allows users to control how long conversations are retained within the App.
Depending on the selected retention setting, older conversations may be automatically removed.
Users can also manually delete individual conversations or delete all conversations.
Clearing TuesdayAI's application data removes locally stored application data, including locally stored conversations and settings.
Uninstalling the App normally removes its local application data. However, Android device backup and restore functionality may affect what application data is restored when an application is subsequently reinstalled.
TuesdayAI does not control Android's backup and restore services.
8. API KEYS
TuesdayAI allows users to configure their own supported AI provider API keys.
These may include API keys for:
• Groq; and
• Google Gemini.
API keys are stored locally within the TuesdayAI application on the user's device.
TuesdayAI does not currently have a TuesdayAI server or cloud system to which these API keys are uploaded for storage.
The keys are used by the App to authenticate requests to the corresponding AI provider.
API keys are sensitive credentials and should be kept private by the user.
TuesdayAI does not intentionally include API keys in conversation data, advertising data, analytics, or crash reports.
Users are responsible for understanding the pricing, usage limits, terms, and billing arrangements associated with their own AI provider API keys.
9. FREE / SAFE MODE
TuesdayAI includes a Free / Safe Mode designed to help users avoid knowingly using AI routes that could result in paid AI usage.
The purpose of this feature is to provide additional control over AI provider routing and reduce the risk of knowingly using a paid route.
Free / Safe Mode cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will never charge a user's account.
AI provider pricing, billing, quotas, limits, and account terms are controlled by the relevant provider.
Users are responsible for understanding the billing arrangements associated with any AI provider account or API key they configure.
10. APP SETTINGS AND LOCAL INFORMATION
TuesdayAI stores certain application settings locally on the user's device.
Depending on the version and features being used, these settings may include:
• UI size;
• Light Mode settings;
• Dark Mode settings;
• Dark/Edgy Mode settings;
• Free / Safe Mode settings;
• AI provider configuration;
• Chat-retention settings;
• Tutorial completion status; and
• Other settings required for the App to operate.
These settings are used to provide the requested functionality and personalise the user's experience.
TuesdayAI does not currently upload these settings to a TuesdayAI cloud account.
11. ANDROID PERMISSIONS
The current TuesdayAI 1.0.0 release does not require access to:
• Camera;
• Microphone;
• Precise location;
• Contacts;
• Phone calls;
• SMS;
• Photos;
• Files or media; or
• other sensitive device permissions for the core application.
Future versions may introduce functionality requiring additional Android permissions.
If a future feature requires access to sensitive device information or functionality, the relevant Android permission will be requested where required and this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the applicable processing.
12. ANALYTICS AND TRACKING
TuesdayAI 1.0.0 does not currently operate its own analytics or behavioural tracking system.
TuesdayAI does not currently use analytics to monitor things such as:
• how frequently a user opens the App;
• which buttons a user presses;
• how many messages a user sends;
• individual feature usage; or
• general user behaviour.
TuesdayAI 1.0.0 does not currently use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, or another separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting service.
If analytics are introduced in a future version, they will be clearly identified and the relevant privacy controls and information will be provided.
13. ADVERTISING
TuesdayAI currently uses Google AdMob for advertising.
The current application may provide rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements are optional.
A user may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to temporarily unlock certain optional features.
For example, successfully completing a rewarded advertisement may unlock:
• Dark Mode; or
• Dark/Edgy Mode
for a period of 48 hours.
After the applicable period expires, the user may choose to watch another rewarded advertisement to unlock the applicable feature again.
TuesdayAI does not require users to watch rewarded advertisements in order to use the core AI assistant.
14. ADVERTISING IN TUESDAYAI 1.0.0
The initial TuesdayAI release uses non-personalised advertising.
Personalised advertising is not currently enabled as a user-controlled feature in TuesdayAI 1.0.0.
A future version may introduce an optional setting allowing users to choose whether personalised advertising is enabled.
If personalised advertising is introduced, the App will provide the appropriate information and consent controls required by applicable privacy and advertising regulations.
15. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY ADVERTISING SERVICES
Google AdMob may process information necessary to provide and measure advertising.
Depending on the advertising configuration and applicable law, this may include information such as:
• Device information;
• Application information;
• IP address;
• Advertising identifiers;
• Information about advertisements displayed;
• Information about interactions with advertisements;
• Fraud-prevention and security information; and
• Other technical information required to provide advertising.
The exact information processed by Google may depend on Google's advertising systems, the user's device, location, consent choices, and the configuration of the App.
Google's processing of advertising information is governed by Google's applicable policies and terms.
When a rewarded advertisement is completed, TuesdayAI receives the information required to determine whether the applicable reward has been earned.
TuesdayAI does not receive the user's payment-card information through an advertisement.
16. GOOGLE PLAY PURCHASES
TuesdayAI plans to offer an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play Billing.
The planned purchase will:
• permanently remove normal advertisements; and
• permanently unlock Dark Mode and Dark/Edgy Mode.
The purchase is planned as a one-time purchase and is not currently intended to be a subscription.
The exact price of the purchase may change and is therefore not specified in this Privacy Policy.
17. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments for TuesdayAI digital purchases are processed through Google Play.
TuesdayAI does not receive or store the user's full payment-card number, card security code, bank-account credentials, or other full payment credentials used to make the purchase.
Google handles the payment transaction through its Google Play payment infrastructure.
TuesdayAI may receive information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether the user has purchased a product and whether the associated entitlement should be enabled.
This may include information such as:
• Product or entitlement information;
• Purchase status;
• Transaction-related identifiers;
• Purchase verification information; and
• Information required to restore or verify an entitlement.
The exact information made available to TuesdayAI is determined by Google Play's billing systems and the implementation of the App.
Google's processing of payment information is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
18. PURCHASE RESTORATION
TuesdayAI is designed to recognise legitimate Google Play purchase entitlements.
A future version of the App is planned to include a dedicated "Restore Purchases" option.
TuesdayAI may also check Google Play Billing automatically to determine whether an existing purchase entitlement is available.
This allows legitimate purchases to remain available where supported by Google Play Billing, including after events such as reinstalling the App or changing devices.
TuesdayAI does not require access to the user's payment-card information in order to determine purchase entitlement.
19. SUPPORT CONTRIBUTIONS
TuesdayAI may provide a voluntary support option through the official TuesdayAI website in the future.
At the time of this Privacy Policy, the planned PayPal support option is not currently implemented on the TuesdayAI website.
The planned support option is intended to be available through the website rather than inside the Android application.
Any voluntary contribution made through an external payment service such as PayPal would be processed by that payment provider and would be subject to the provider's own privacy policy and terms.
A voluntary support contribution would not automatically unlock digital features, remove advertisements, or provide a paid entitlement.
TuesdayAI does not currently provide this PayPal support option inside the Android App.
20. CRASH REPORTING
TuesdayAI 1.0.0 does not currently use a third-party crash-reporting service.
Crash Reports are planned for a future release.
When introduced, Crash Reports are intended to be disabled by default.
Users will need to explicitly enable crash reporting before applicable diagnostic information is sent.
Future diagnostic reports may contain information such as:
• TuesdayAI version;
• Android version;
• Device model;
• Affected application component;
• Error information;
• AI provider information;
• Provider fallback status;
• Timestamp;
• Diagnostic report identifier; and
• Sanitised technical stack information.
Crash reports will be designed to avoid intentionally including:
• API keys;
• Passwords;
• Authentication tokens;
• Full conversation history; or
• other sensitive credentials.
The exact information collected by future crash-reporting functionality will be described in the version of this Privacy Policy applicable when that feature is introduced.
21. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO TUESDAYAI SUPPORT
If you contact TuesdayAI using tuesday-ai@outlook.com, you may voluntarily provide information such as:
• Your email address;
• Your name, if you choose to provide it;
• The contents of your message;
• Information about the problem you are experiencing; and
• Other information you choose to include.
This information is used to respond to your request, provide support, investigate issues, and maintain appropriate support records.
Support information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and for any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
TuesdayAI currently relies on third-party services for specific functionality.
These include:
GROQ
Groq provides the primary AI processing service used by TuesdayAI.
Information required to generate an AI response may be transmitted to Groq when Groq is the selected provider.
GOOGLE GEMINI
Google Gemini provides backup/fallback AI processing.
Information required to generate an AI response may be transmitted to Google when Gemini is used.
GOOGLE PLAY
Google Play provides application distribution and Google Play Billing functionality.
GOOGLE ADMOB
Google AdMob provides advertising and rewarded advertising functionality.
These third parties operate independently from TuesdayAI and may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable legal requirements.
23. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES
Because TuesdayAI uses third-party services, users should also review the applicable privacy information provided by those services.
Relevant third-party services may include:
• Google;
• Google Gemini;
• Google Play;
• Google AdMob; and
• Groq.
TuesdayAI cannot guarantee or control the privacy practices, retention periods, security measures, or processing activities of third-party providers.
24. DATA SHARING
TuesdayAI does not sell personal information.
TuesdayAI does not intentionally provide users' private AI conversations to advertisers for the purpose of creating advertising profiles.
Information may be shared with or processed by third parties where necessary to provide functionality requested by the user.
This may include:
• AI providers when processing an AI request;
• Google Play when processing or verifying purchases;
• Google AdMob when providing advertisements;
• Future diagnostic providers where the user has explicitly enabled crash reporting;
• Service providers where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service; or
• Authorities where disclosure is required by law.
TuesdayAI does not intentionally sell personal data to data brokers.
25. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Some third-party services used by TuesdayAI may process information outside the United Kingdom.
This may include AI providers, advertising services, payment services, or other infrastructure operated by third parties.
The location of processing may vary depending on the provider and the services being used.
Where applicable, third-party providers are responsible for implementing the safeguards required by relevant data-protection laws for international processing.
Users should review the privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers for further information about their international data-processing practices.
26. DATA SECURITY
TuesdayAI takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
These measures include, where applicable:
• keeping API credentials within the App rather than on a TuesdayAI cloud server;
• using Android's application storage and security mechanisms;
• avoiding unnecessary collection of personal information;
• not intentionally including API keys in diagnostic reports;
• using secure network connections when communicating with supported online services; and
• allowing users to control and delete locally stored conversations.
No application, device, network connection, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should therefore take reasonable precautions when using any online AI service and should avoid entering highly sensitive information unless necessary.
27. DATA RETENTION
Different types of information may be retained for different periods.
LOCAL CHAT DATA
Conversation history is stored locally on the user's device according to the App's chat-retention settings and remains there until deleted by the user or removed by the configured retention system.
API KEYS
API keys remain locally stored until the user removes or replaces them, clears the App's data, or otherwise removes the applicable application data.
APP SETTINGS
Application settings remain locally stored while required for the App to operate and until they are changed, cleared, or removed.
PURCHASE INFORMATION
Purchase and entitlement information may be retained or made available through Google Play for as long as necessary to provide, verify, restore, and support purchased functionality and to meet applicable legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.
ADVERTISING INFORMATION
Advertising-related information is subject to Google's applicable advertising systems and retention policies.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide support, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
FUTURE CRASH REPORTS
If crash reporting is introduced and enabled, diagnostic information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for debugging, reliability, security, and support purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements.
28. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, particularly UK data-protection law, you may have rights including:
• The right to be informed about how your personal information is used;
• The right to request access to personal information;
• The right to request correction of inaccurate information;
• The right to request deletion of personal information;
• The right to request restriction of processing;
• The right to object to certain processing;
• The right to data portability where applicable; and
• The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Because much of TuesdayAI's current information is stored locally on the user's own device, users can often manage or delete that information directly through the App.
Where information is held by a third-party provider such as Google, Groq, or another service, the relevant provider may need to handle requests relating to information held by that provider.
29. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
If you wish to exercise a privacy or data-protection right in relation to information handled by TuesdayAI, contact:
tuesday-ai@outlook.com
You may contact this address to request, where applicable:
• Access to information;
• Correction of information;
• Deletion of information;
• Restriction of processing;
• Objection to processing;
• Information about how your data is used; or
• Other privacy-related assistance.
We may need to request sufficient information to verify the identity of the person making a request before providing information or making changes.
30. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TuesdayAI is a general-purpose AI assistant and is not specifically designed as a service for children.
TuesdayAI does not currently require users to create accounts or provide personal information to use the core application.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating user profiles or accounts.
If you believe that personal information has been provided to TuesdayAI in circumstances where it should not have been collected, please contact:
tuesday-ai@outlook.com
31. FUTURE FEATURES
This Privacy Policy describes the functionality and data processing applicable to the TuesdayAI 1.0.0 release.
Future versions of TuesdayAI may introduce additional functionality.
Examples may include voice interaction, camera functionality, location-based features, image or media processing, notifications, advanced memory, device interaction, automation, cloud synchronisation, accounts, or other services.
These future features are not treated as current data processing under this Privacy Policy.
If a future feature introduces new categories of personal information, new permissions, new third-party services, or materially different processing, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before or when the relevant functionality is introduced.
32. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
TuesdayAI may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, new services are introduced, legal requirements change, or our data practices change.
The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy identifies the date of the latest update.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method where required by applicable law.
